1) 60 acres in Herradura, behind Los Suenos Marriott - $8/m2

This property, on the central Pacific coast, 7 km north of Jaco Beach , is a beautiful 60 acres with ocean views, perfect for a development project. It has one high 300m donkey back ridge surrounded by pasture land and virgin forest, with plenty of water. It has 50% flat land, 25% beautiful forest, and 25% is top of the ridge with Ocean Views. Land in the area is going for $50m2, we will sell for $1.92m. = $8.00 per sq meter or possible Joint Venture/Trade.


The 60 acres is just behind Los Suenos Marriott (on the same road) which is probably the most famous resort in Costa Rica , besides the newer Four Seasons which is on the north Pacific above the peninsula. Los Suenos has one of the few working marinas in the country for private yachts (and these are multi-million dollar boats, huge!) Across from the property is the new Plaza Herradura, with all new shops and restaurants. It is north of Jaco, so not right in that part of town, and is a more desirable area. 3) In Montezuma, a 5,000m2 ocean view lot - $195,000.00

Only 1km from town, this is an up and coming area, prices are going up fast, it is offered at $195K. Our lot is the ONLY lot in the area with ITS OWN WELL! Permits for wells are extremely difficult to come by, so this is huge. Montezuma is on the southern edge of the Nicoya peninsula. It is accessible by ferry from the port town of Puntarenas . It is known for its exclusive resorts and excellent beach front restaurants. The land is rolling hills with amazing ocean views from every angle. Monkeys and parrots are everywhere. There is also a famous waterfall and swimming hole there that attracts people from all over the country. The Ticos go there for vacation. It is a small town that caters primarily to European tourists. Just northeast of Montezuma on the coast is the town of Tambor which is attracting some huge developments. One beachside condo is already sold out at $500,000 per unit. 4) In Atenas, a 7,000+ m2 awesome view lot - $135,000.00

This has a small, one room, cabina w/ sleeping loft, bathroom, kitchenette, and partially finished swimming pool. It is in a neighborhood just outside of central Atenas called Los Angeles and is in a gated community call Las Cumbres with all very high-end homes. The lot has a very large 2-tiered platform for building.
