BIO SPA ™ and AgraLife ™ are collaborating to bring a new vision of sustainable community living to those who aspire to a healthy, spiritually-centered lifestyle.
We have 60 acres of beautiful river front and ocean view property in Costa Rica that we are planning to develop into a Sustainable Housing Spa Community. Our plan includes developing 50 acres, with a total land area of 35 acres for housing and another 25 acres for organic, permaculture gardens and orchards, a small area for goats and chickens, nature walks, equestrian trails, roads, and easy access to nearby beaches and shopping. A retreat center and Yoga Pavilion will be built on top of the central ridge. A small retail village is planned around the Bio Spa ™ including a Health Food store, Restaurant, Juice bar, clothing store, and other small retail businesses as needed to provide for the community at AgraLife ™. |
