Swami Anand Tathagat (John Eric Scholz), Founder & President
Swami Anand Tathagat spent 30 years traveling throughout Far East Asia, the South Pacific and India studying frequency physics and spirituality with many Zen Masters and Tibetan Rinpoches, including 10 years with Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh (OSHO). He is the author of Concepts of Enlightenment, 2004, New Century Press.
John Scholz has over 25 years of experience in real estate acquisition, development, remodeling and sales. He has owned and sold over forty pieces of commercial, residential and development properties in the United States, and at one time owned and operated the largest dive and cruise vessel in the South Pacific.
Susan Caring, B.A., HHP., Vice-President
Susan Caring has over 25 years of experience in numerous healing modalities and meditation techniques and is a certified Holistic Health Practitioner and Rebirther.
In addition, Ms. Canning graduated cum laude with a degree in Social Science and Inter-Cultural Communications from California State University, San Marcos . She has a certificate in Internet and Multimedia Technology and is currently our Webmaster.

Anne Rogers, Consultant
Ms. Rogers has had over 25 years of experience in Marketing, Seminar Training, and Communications. She has worked with numerous well-known entities, such as NLP Training Institute of Los Angeles, John David Learning Institute, Carlsbad, CA, and Kara Clothing Corp.,Venice, CA. as Director and Marketing Consultant.
Additionally, Ms. Rogers has produced and developed numerous programs and materials for training and sales, including videos, manuals, tapes, and seminars.
She has an MA in Human Resources Training and a BA in Humanistic Psychology, both from Antioch University.
Kennedy Carr, Marketing Co-Director
Kennedy Carr has over 20 years experience in Marketing, Sales, and Training. He is currently Executive Producer of Sarva Dharma Productions, Encinitas CA , where he is in charge of production, promotion, booking, staffing, fund-raising, advertising/graphics, scheduling, and coordinating workshops, seminars, special events, concerts and festivals for the Southern California New Age/Holistic Community. He is also Distributor for Sacred World Music and Music for the Healing Arts.
He also has a BA in Counseling Psychology and Religious Studies from San Diego State University.
Tatyana Chechuga, Creative Director
Tatyana Chechuga is an artist, sculptor, and graphic designer, with 10 years of experience in managing a fine arts gallery in San Diego and Los Angeles, California. Additionally, she is a NASM certified personal trainer for 24 Hour Fitness, a contact/modern dance instructor, and for 6 years practiced and taught Ashtanga and Kundalini yoga. She has been studying meditation and energy work for over 8 years, and is the inventor of a unique art therapy technique that involves a mutual creation of healing spiritual art that evolves from the meditative state of the client.
Vanessa Valare, Office Manager
Vanessa Valare is proficient in all Microsoft Office XP, Adobe, and Macromedia web design programs. She has considerable experience in Logo development and Advertising layout, and has utilized AutoCAD to custom design furniture for Closet World. She is also able to troubleshoot and solve hardware/software conflicts, as well as design and build complete computer hardware systems.
Ms. Valare also has handled public relations and seminar coordination for internationally known motivational speaker Michele Blood of Musivation, Inc.
Medical/Dental Staff
Licensed and experienced physicians, dentists, nutritionists, practitioners and technicians will supervise treatments.
Support Staff
Local personnel will provide support services such as meals, housekeeping, gardening, maintenance, office, accounting and legal services.
